I’m only halfway through this article but wanted to say Hell Yes!!! to your recommendations for holding all these criminals legally accountable, from the traitor trump on down the line. Had our government been doing that all along with zero allowance for rich pukes or politician’s buddies we wouldn’t be where we are now.

Mahmoud Kahlil also is suing Miller, along with to-defendants the organizations Betar and Canary Mission, and a gaggle of others individuals opposing Palestinian rights. Shame that he forgot to include Bill Ackman and several others.
I don't think that civil actions would mean much against non-billionaires with friends in high places. As a practical matter, collecting a judgment requires some degree of consent by the defendants. Remember OJ.
And obviously, they will all be armed with preemptive pardons from Trump, so federal criminal action is out. State criminal action is likely only possible for the triggermen, although aiding and abetting liability might be possible for some of the higher-ups?
As far as I can see, the only effective hammer is extradition, which might be possible since most of the victims are foreigners. A pardon is a form of immunity, not exoneration, and I would think that the double criminality requirement of extradition would not be impaired by a pardon. (Nor would federal employee status impair double criminality.) But then again, I'm not a criminal lawyer.
How about Blue state AGs arrest and indict these fascists, from Miller, Homan and Mullin on down for crimes committed by ICE in their jurisdictions?
